original de luxe edition Baxter-process print, with dome top and gold border, depicting the Belgian Department at the Great Exhibition. Three sculptures on green plinths dominate the image. For once PERFECT colour no fading, damage loss of the gold border in a plain cream mount with a window for the embossing.
Condition Issues . . . .some age toning to the backing card plus a few foxing mini blobs to the Baxter embossing
