Antique Mappin And Webb, Princes Plate, Silverplated,
Roll-Over, Serving Dish, Dome Top, Tureen
An English, antique roll-over serving dish, silver plated dome top tureen or server, dating circa 19th Century.
Presents a desirable aged patina and in very good order
Displays a delightful reflective quality to the silver plate, which polishes very well
standing upon a quartet of tapering, corinthian, fluted legs with paw feet and green baize under each foot
Stylish handles with embossed grape design on domeretracting lid with bone handle, locking mechanism at each handle
Manufactured by Mappin and Webb from the Princes plate range with a very clear M & P back stamp
Condition assessment

Very good antique condition, opens and closes as it should
showing some wear to the interior, as would be expected
