Description

A quality late Victorian oak and brass horse racing themed desk stand with jockey cap ink well lids and horse shoe pen stand c.1900. Moulded edge solid oak plinth with two brass framed insets to hold the cut crystal ink wells, each with engraved jockeys cap hinged lids. Blotter with shield to the surface and small handle set to the centre. Cast polished brass horse shoe set to the back with four sections to sit pens across and small brass bun feet to the base. Superbly detailed, beautifully made and presented in immaculate perfect condition. Keep up to date via Instagram - sturmansantiques. Measures 11.5" wide x 6" deep x 6" high to top of horse shoe.
