Description

This antique sewing machine by FRISTER AND ROSSMANN is a true gem for collectors.
With a serial number of 1602177 dating the machine from 1915-1920 it is a genuine antique.
The famed German engineering is certainly evident in the sturdy design.
Mounted on a WINSELMANN refurbished (powder coated to maintain condition for many more years to come) cast iron stand ,which has unfortunately lost its foot treadle at some point in its history, and with a beautiful inlaid mahogany table and cover which are detailed in the photos, it is a superbly decorative item that would grace any setting.
The machine and stand are unlikely to be an original paired item as the table would have been from a WINSELMANN TITAN machine.
One of the most decorative items of its kind that we have come across for quite some time.
The FRISTER AND ROSSMANN brand is well-known in the sewing community, making it a sought-after item for enthusiasts. This item is perfect for those who appreciate vintage items and want to add a touch of nostalgia to their collection.
