Description

A most attractive Mid 19th Century Antique English Victorian Copper Lustre pottery Jug / Pitcher of "Dutch" shape, each side decorated with a panel depicting "Faith" holding a Cross, this set between an open bible upon an altar and a brazier with burning incense, the whole trimmed with pink lustre. No Maker's mark but the underside with painted numeral 18, probably the potter's mark.
