Description

Therle Hughes, together with her husband Bernard, was for many years a regular contributor to Country Life, a magazine that must take much credit for raising the general level of aesthetic conciousness in Britain. In this First Edition copy of "Edwardiana for Collectors", published by G. Bell & Sons of London in 1977, she shows herself to be in the vanguard of those determined to explore what had, until then been a neglected area of our artistic heritage. Hard covers, 132 pages, black and white illustrations and line drawings plus a few colour plates, original dust jacket, now rather the worse for wear.
