Description

This is a very decorative and superbly carved Chinese carved wood panel with a characterful pair of Dogs of Fo curled around a central temple seal design.
The three dimensional carving has great style and depth and is finely detailed. The carving is hand gilded on a typical red ironstone ground. This is in excellent condition with no losses and dates from the early 20th century circa 1900.
The panel measures 25 cms wide 15.5 cms high by 6 cms deep.
