Description

A gorgeous Norwegian silver brooch, dating from the middle of the 20th Century. The openwork frame has sinuous lines and is formed to represent a pair of stylized flowers or leaves, decorated internally in lovely guilloche enamel, featuring silvery white tones. Fully marked to the reverse, it is the work of Jacob Tostrup and is in the Modernist taste. The pin is secured by a roll over clasp and this lovely example is suited to formal or casual wear.
